Meet Our Chef

Chef Chasey Davis combines her passion for culinary artistry with her love of teaching and creating meaningful experiences. With an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences in Culinary Arts and professional experience at Austin Country Club and Uchi, Chef Davis brings fine-dining expertise to every board she designs. As a former College Chef Instructor, she founded The Board Palate to share her belief that food is more than just a meal — it’s a way to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories. Each board is thoughtfully crafted to blend elegance, flavor, and creativity, turning every gathering into something truly special. Whether it’s a cozy night in, a special celebration, or a grand grazing table, Chef Davis is dedicated to making each experience feel personal, luxurious, and unforgettable.
